We are a family business that has been in the Jewellery and Pawnbroking business for more then twenty years; we have successfully served our many satisfied customers, who continue to use our service again and again.

You are most welcome to come and see us at our premise anytime, we are open 7 days a week between the hours of 10am to 5.30pm Mon to Sat. and 10am to 4pm Sundays and public holidays.

Any gold Jewellery, what ever the condition or carat, any gold items such as coins, bars, bullion as well as diamonds either loose of set in Jewellery.

Our loans are generally between $100 and $10,000, but there are no upper limits, it just depends on the value of your Jewellery.

Interest is charged monthly, you only pay for the duration of the loan, we charge a flat 10% per month or $30 whichever is the greater amount, for the first month you pay the full amount, but in subsequent months we calculate every two weeks, therefore if you redeem your Jewellery early after the first month, we will offer a discount on the charges if you redeem in the first half of the month.

You can do as many as you want, either all on one transaction or on separate transactions; the preference is up to you.

All Jewellery must be sent via Australia Post Registered mail that provides a tracking number, sealed in a padded mail bag, and if you choose to, you can buy additional insurance at the post office.

Once your Jewellery arrives to us, they are then counted and valued and placed in secure sealed bag with its own number and place in our safe for the duration of the loan.

We only need to see and keep a copy of one photo government issued ID such as Passport, or driver license, failing that you can provide two government issued documents without photos, such Heath Care Card, Medicare, birth certificate etc. together with a copy of your recent bill or bank statement with your current address, please ask us beforehand if you are not sure if your documentation is acceptable or not.

You can borrow the money for as long as you like, as long as our monthly interest charges is paid up to date, please consult with us on how you wish to pay for the charges.

If you are able to continue to pay for our monthly charges, then we will hold your Jewellery for you until such time that you are able to redeem them, but if after a reasonable grace period after the expiry of your loan and no further interest charges has been paid, we will Endeavour to sell your Jewellery to recover our loan plus any outstanding charges, and if there is any money left we will repay this amount back to you, according to the terms stated on the back of the pledge ticket that we sent to you.

After receiving your Jewellery, we will test, and value them to determine and confirm how much we can lend to you, and if you are happy with the amount, we will promptly pay the money to you.

Once an agreement has been reached on the amount of the loan, we will promptly pay the agreed amount via Western Union Money Transfer.

If for what ever reason we can not proceed with the loan transaction, then we will simply return your Jewellery back to you in the same way it was sent to us, with a thank you, and hopefully we can be of assistance to you sometime in the future.
