Send us the Jewellery that you wish to pawn against by either :
a) Posting to us via Australia Post’s Registered mail to: NHD Group Pty.Ltd. P.O Box 183 Springvale 3171 Victoria Or
b) Free call us on 1800 337 518 or Email to info@pawnjewellery.com.au or sms to 0415 796 898 so that we can send to you a Pre Paid Australia Post Registered padded bag for you to send to us your Jewellery. Or
c) Bring your Jewellery to us at our premise located at 276A Springvale Road, Springvale 3171 Victoria during our business hours of Mon-Sat 10am to 5.30pm and Sundays and Public Holidays 10am to 4pm 7 days a week.
d) If for what ever reason you do not wish to proceed with the pawning of your Jewellery, or we are not able to offer the amount that you wish, then we will send your Jewellery back to you in the same manner that it was sent to us, free of charge.
RECEIVE PAYMENT
When we receive your Jewellery they will be valued, and we will call and/or email or sms to you our offer, which you can either accept, reject or negotiate further, and once we have reached an agreement, we will promptly transfer the money to you in the following manners and send to you the pledge ticket.
a) Directly deposit into your nominated bank account
b) Send you a cheque
c) Pay via Pay Pal
d) Western Union Money Transfer
REDEEM YOUR JEWELLERY
The loan period is one month from the date that you took out the loan, and is renewable by paying our monthly charges as stated on your pledge ticket. You can pay back your loan back to us anytime after taking out the loan, but by law we are required to hold your Jewellery for seven clear days, therefore even if you have paid us back the money, we will only be able to send back to you your Jewellery after this period. After the first seven days you may redeem your Jewellery anytime you wish, by simply repaying the loan amount plus any outstanding monthly charges, and once we have received your money into our bank account and the return by post of the original pledge ticket, we then post back to you your Jewellery in the same manner it was sent to us.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You need to send (Post, Fax or Scan) to us a copy of acceptable ID for verification of who you are, together with your current address, such as recent bills or bank statement dated within the last three months. Acceptable ID are: One government issued photo ID such as Passport or Drivers License or Two government issued ID without photo such as Heath care, Medicare, Birth certificate, etc. please check with us if your Identification is suitable. Copies of the Identification can be sent to us with your Jewellery, fax or email to us.
