Gold Selling Terms and Conditions

  1. Tinson/Express Cash for Gold is the trading name of NHD Group Pty.Ltd
    A.C.N 062 339 306 which is a Registered Second-Hand Dealer and Pawnbroker No. 3015 in the State of Victoria with an address of 276A Springvale Road, Springvale 3171 Victoria. Within these terms and conditions the word “you” “your property” represents the seller and the words “we, our, us” represents Tinson/Express Cash For Gold as the buyer.
  2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and are the basis for the establishment of relations between “you” and “us”.
  3. You warrant to NHD Group Pty.Ltd. trading as Tinson/Express Cash for Gold that you have:
    1. Good and clear title to the property you send in to us.
    2. Full authority to sell and transfer said property
    3. The said property is sold free of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities, and adverse claims of every nature and description whatsoever.
    4. The said property is not from, or the result of any illegal activity in the State of Victoria or any other State or Territory of Australia.
    5. You are over the age of 18 years.
    6. Any transaction initiated by you will not cause NHD Group Pty.Ltd. Trading as Tinson/Express Cash For Gold to be in ay violation of any anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, or any other applicable law of the State of Victoria and Australia.
    7. You are the actual legal owner of any and all property offered to be sold to NHD Group Pty.Ltd. Trading as Tinson/Express Cash For Gold.
  4. Our provisional offer is not contractually binding.
  5. Upon receiving your property, it will be compared to your original online or verbal description to confirm if they match.
  6. By sending us your property you agree to us testing the gold. Your gold will be tested to recognized industry standards and you accept that the process of determining a value involves placing certain acids on the gold or Jewellery which can leave marks and staining.
  7. If we find a variation in your original online or verbal description which affects the valuation of the property you sent in, we reserve the right to adjust the offer either upwards or downwards, depending on our valuation compared with your original description.
  8. Conditional offers are subject to physically inspecting the sent items.
  9. We will need to identify you, we only need copies no originals to be sent, you will need to provide one proof of photo ID. Such as Passport, Drivers Licence, Proof of Age card etc. and if no photos we require two government issued documentations such as Heath Care card, Medicare, Birth Certificate, Pension Card, Marriage Certificate etc. and one proof of current home address from Utilities Bill such as Gas, or Electricity or bank statements etc. that is not more then three months old. These copies may be sent/fax/email to us via our contact details.
  10. If we are not able to buy your property for what ever reasons, we will return it back to you in the same manner that it was sent to us, if you wish to make any alternative arrangement please advise us beforehand, and if property sent in to us turns out to be not genuine, we reserve the right to charge you a fee for the return of said items.
